The Capstone Project

Prove it: a 30-minute final assessment, then seven teams build a complete implementation package on the portfolio data — and present it. Certificates to close.

Day brief

No new tools today. The morning opens with the 30-minute final assessment — twenty questions on everything from Days 1 and 2, worked alone. Then the capstone: seven teams of two, each with its own scenario on the fictional portfolio, build a real implementation package — a one-page executive briefing, a five-to-six slide presentation in Claude Design or Gamma, a data analysis with two to three verified visualisations, and a communication package with reusable templates. Each team pitches for six minutes and takes a question. The last half hour is certificates and the group photo. The point is not a perfect deliverable — it is proving the workflow holds up under a deadline.

    Teams of two draw their scenario (S1–S7), review the data, and split builder and verifier roles. Lab T1.

    Build block 1 — Briefing & presentation09:40
    Deliverable 1: the one-page executive briefing, every number verified (35 min, Lab T2). Deliverable 2: the 5–6 slide deck in Claude Design or Gamma (35 min, Lab T3).

    Deliverable 3: two to three charts with insights, one number per chart verified by hand (25 min, Lab T4). Deliverable 4: two communication items plus three prompt templates (15 min, Lab T5).
