No new tools. Just proof.

The Capstone Brief

One initiative. One package.

Your team proposes a real organisational initiative for the portfolio you have worked with for two days — and backs it with a briefing, a presentation, verified analysis, and the communications to land it.
The point is not a perfect deliverable. It is proving the workflow holds up under a deadline.
